The Services are provided by Harmony Tech Solutions Ltd. ("Harmony Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). Our mission is to help people achieve inner peace and harmony through spatial energy (Fengshui) guidance and positive life recommendations.
By using the Services, you agree that, except for certain limited exceptions outlined herein, any dispute between you and Harmony Tech will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration. This means you are waiving your right to have disputes heard in court by a judge or jury, and you are also waiving your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitrations.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated to you via email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, your sole recourse is to cease using the Services.
Any content you create, upload, or share through the Services, including text, spatial layouts, personal reflections, and other materials, is considered your "User Submission." While you retain ownership of your User Submissions, you grant Harmony Tech a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Submissions in connection with the operation of the Services, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

If you provide Fengshui Plus with the Personal Information of your users, employees, customers or other third parties, you undertake to inform and obtain their consent to the processing of their data in accordance with the Law before disclosing such data to Fengshui Plus. By using the App, you warrant, represent and undertake that you have obtained the appropriate consent from each person whose data is uploaded to the App. Fengshui Plus may obtain Personal Information from third party sources, including third-party tracking technologies.

By interacting with these third parties, you are providing information directly to the third party and not to Fengshui Plus and you are subject to the third party's privacy policy. If you access third-party services, such as social media sites or other sites linked through the Services (e.g., if you follow a link to our Instagram account), these third-party services will be able to collect Personal Information about you, including information about your activity on the Services. If we link a site or service via our Services, you should read their data usage policies or other documentation. Our linking to another site or service doesn't mean we endorse it or speak for that third party.
We will store and process your Personal Information for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with our legal and contractual obligations. For the use of the App, we store your data for the duration of such use and for up to 5 years after your termination of any use of the Services or deletion of your account (whichever occurs last), unless otherwise required by law or unless we have legitimate interests that allow us to do so for a longer term case in which data will be stored for this latter longer term. Thereafter, the data will be erased in accordance with our procedures, which may involve anonymization or destruction. If you ask us to, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be identified, unless we are permitted or required by law to retain certain Personal Information, including in situations such as the following:
You have certain rights in relation to Fengshui Plus, which you can exercise by sending an e-mail to support@fengshuipro.com. You can invoke the consumer rights authorized at any time by submitting a request to Fengshui Plus specifying the consumer rights you are invoking.
All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to Fengshui analyses, AI-generated energy recommendations, text, graphics, images, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Harmony Tech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Our free tier includes core functionalities such as basic Fengshui analyses, daily energy tips, and limited AI chat interactions.
We offer premium features that enhance your experience, including advanced energy analyses, personalized recommendations, Live Activities for real-time energy guidance, and an ad-free environment. Subscription pricing is as follows:
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription fees.
We believe most concerns can be resolved amicably. Therefore, all disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or your use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Harmony Tech.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China, for final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, in accordance with CIETAC's arbitration rules. You explicitly agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Policy. You may cancel your account at any time through your app settings or by contacting us via email. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
